I hope the ODU folks are right but I never feel like a win going on the road except maybe agains the two Florida schools and even they’ve surprised me this year. No way I expect a win at ODU. I think we have a really good shot when they come here but I expect the typical grab fest from their dee and them shooting 3s the best they have all year. Double doubles out of every ODU big.

We've played down to a lot of competition this year and some teams that we should have beaten more soundly probably gave us their best games.

Overall though I think the team is motivated this year and somebody steps up every game that gives us the win. We have several that can any given game but we need more than just one hot hand to beat the better competition. If we play tough D, are tough on the boards and hit our free throws we'll be in this game. If our shots are falling we'll win. Scoring droughts will doom us against Western.

From what I saw tonight, ODU is good, but WKU is even better. Big, fast and skilled. #23 Johnson is a beast. I love watching players like him, especially if they are on my team. Oh well. Congrats to the toppers. You earned it.

You guys have a lot more skill on the floor and it showed. Had a below avg shooting night and even though we played decent D you have a lot of scores on the floor at once. Can't keep all 5 smothered at all times.
