Makes you wonder... They MUST put a premium of coaching change in the "G5" vs. FSU where they are top 20 WITH a coaching change.

Reputation and past history with these so called P5 ('so called' being key words) schools dictate who and who not is rated preseason. The Tigers and some of the other AAC teams will be good again next season, so we can't worry about things we can't control in this rigged system, just keep winning and things will take care of itself. I'm already looking forward to next season (never get tired of TIGER football), wish it was starting next week. GO TIGERS!

Not me... I need to get some work done. 04-cheers

I still cannot believe we screwed up the end of that AAC championship game and lost to those clowns.

Enough with blowing them.

They had a nice season.

We are looking to 2018.

Go Memphis, screw them and their aren't we cool how our fans really do take pride in physically assaulting the opposition fans ******** and leave them in our rear view when we stomp that redneck jean short tube top wearing bunch of jackwads in Memphis next year.

Raise expectations.

We are aware, that is literally what the entire thread is about...

Exactly.

Which is why the UCF fluffers need to check themselves. Get them young man.

I wish Norvell would have pulled a “Saban” in the Liberty Bowl. As much as I love Ferguson he just didn’t have it in the bowl game.

Would have been interesting to have seen Moore come in for a few series to start the 2nd half.

Simply to mix things up

Saban has now given the “Green Light” to college coaches to bring in a back up and just see what happens.

I thought Saban made a terrible mistake at the time but I was wrong and it’s why he’s a genius.

We are the safe choice in the poll. We only play Missouri P5 so no chance to move up quickly. The can start us at #20 and dick us along the same way they did to UCF last year. Have us go up 1 spot when we win, have 1 or 2 loss teams jump us when they beat someone good.

UCF on the other hand obviously deserves to be in the top 10 to start the season, but if they put them in the top 10 and they keep winning, they would have to have them in the top 4-6 by the end of the year

...and that would be a big no-no.

Saban is probably the only college coach in the country who can get away with that.

UCF at #14.

Interestingly, ESPN has UCF at #22 (omly AAC school) and USA Today (not Wolken) has ZERO AAC schools in top 25 for 2018.

UCF friggin returns 9 on offense and 7 on defense. Unbelievable lack of respect.

Agree, And yet, totally predictable. Sadly, Non-P5 teams have to do more to prove themselves. IDK if that'll ever change, even if a G5 team wins a national championship.

It is completely believable. The non-"p5" teams have to start anew and climb the hill each season only to end up just short. Under the current sham of a system, no G5 will ever make the playoffs.

Two choices, either go to two separate divisions of P5 and Non P5 teams with separate playoffs and titles. Or someone have the balls to take legal action to break up the P5 monopoly.

What game were you watching? 21-33 63.6% 289 yards and 2 TDs, 0 Int .... What does he have to do to qualify as having it in your book? The only bad thing that had anything to do with Ferguson was the 6 sacks the OL allowed.
