The family moved here. So if she's college aged, that makes sense.

I don't see it really meaning anything as far as he goes. Every great football player in Memphis who goes to anywhere but Memphis likely has family in Memphis. I'm sure Chiozza and Fisher have family in Memphis, too.

I don't care for the man or his #1 son. I don't think I ever called them cancers or evil. I just think Keelon is not very smart. And he tries to play the game, but is not very good at it - so he's somewhat damaging.

But, yes, I would take the last 2 Lawsons. IF Penny is coach and he feels like he can control the situation in a way that is productive and not damaging.

Keelon, 1st and foremost was a head coach for a state title basketball team.

Secondly, Keelon is very diplomatic on the radio and avoids ridiculous statements or obvious attacks on people.

Lavar is egotistical, abrasive, and downright nasty when he wants to get attention.

Agree with these differences. (Although, I would say Keelon is foremost a daddy -
seconmost a HS coach.) Plus another... Lavar is actually much smarter than Keelon.

Again, I'm not calling them a cancer. But it is a much different situation, right? Kansas is not the hometown with the hometown entourage. Self has a lot more leverage and clout today than either Pastner or Tubby. Self is not hiring Keelon.

So Self is set to much better manage the situation.

Well, they both have a lot in common. Mainly they make a living out of pimping their kids...

I said several weeks ago, the players r coming out of aau ball and Penny can Coach them and more importantly, recruit them.
Remember the Dude did have several productive yrs in the nba, I think he knows a little bit about the game
