Sounds like KB made the right decision.

I’m no hockey guy, but would we rather be competitive in the SEC of hockey leagues or be the big dog in a 1 bid GLIAC equivalent. Like pushing for LSU to join the MAC because they’d dominate the regular season.

Admit it judge, Western is in a much better spot in the NCHC.

I'm only tooting this horn because I find it remarkable that all eight teams are fighting for a tournament spot. It is highly unlikely that all eight teams would make it, and I'd be surprised if we had seven teams make it. But seven teams would be an amazing accomplishment for a league.
