We have great lb depth with lersch, Gregory, so red shirt Jennings and look good for 2019.

I think Ben Leroy will have breakout year.

I'm also hoping Haney starts instead of embry.

No doubt about Smith. The same thing happened to Lurry's after his 9 int. season. They just went away from him and picked on Smalls. It's a great opportunity for the other end to step up. While I like Corcoran's overall game, I wouldn't mind if someone else steps up as a pass rusher on 3rd down. Lorbeck, Brown, Wynne. Someone who can take advantage of the attention Smith will get.

Same deal at LB. stepping in along side Pugh and Johnson gives whom ever a great chance to learn and grow on the job.

Haney and Walker are my favorite incoming guys. CBs who are 6'1 and 6'2! I think one of them will get on the field at least at nickel. Seems like our corners are always 5'10"-ish.

Also I think if they open up right tackle Isaac hawn should beat out Roberts. Then move hawn to left 2019 and roberts can start at RT again in 2019 for his final season.

I wasn't super impressed with either guy, but Hawn has the pedigree to make a big improvement from year one to year two. Outside of Scharping I thought the line was slightly above average. Big hopes that it becomes good to great in '18.

I agree on long corners. Sorry I was thinking Haney was 2017 so had a year head start. They seemed to plug hawn in more at end of the season so I hope you maximize his last 3 years if they burned eligibility.

Hawn IMO is an NFL prospect. He will be OUTSTANDING. Don't know what happened against against Duke, Roberts & Hawn did not start at RT. Olsen played at LG and they moved Steckler to RT. Not sold we are getting the most out of our talent in the OLine.

Someone mentioned Lowry having a breakout out year, I tend to agree with that assessment. Corcoran, expecting a HUGE year out of him. Came up big at Nebraska, but season was cut short with injury. He's a player.

What?! I didn't know that RT situation. Unless they were hurt? That doesn't make much sense. Carey knows what he's doing though. Not worried. Blind Faith!

I agree NFL potential with hawn. You figure scharping will get selected so if hawn develops(hopefully sans carey), we can get stability of o lineman going to the league again. Help recruiting.

I believe Hawn will be one of the best OLinemen this school has ever had. I know it's bold prediction but I see loads of ability there.

Can you imagine if we had a hard to stop Nose Tackle next to Smith. Man, that would be awesome.
