Been there on the piss bag. Had a frequent flier medical patient with kidney disease who had one. Rolled up in there one night on a call, kneeled down by the bed and was immediately soaked. Her caregiver said "Sorry! Bag ruptured."

However, the night we ran the seizure patient who busted his colostomy bag I for the first time in my career claimed "Captain's Privilege" and waited outside for EMS. When we walked in the front door it smelled like the inside of a rest station septic tank and I immediately started gagging. When I discovered what it was I told my crew "Y'all got this, I'm going to help EMS get their gear in" and bailed. They never let me live that one down and I don't care.
