You know the Peach bowl loves all the extra attention. though they don't like it taken of this week consolidation bowl.

UCF is literally taking a page out of the big boy program book and just proclaiming themselves National Champions. Bama, Oklahoma, Tennessee, hell even Kentucky and Pitt all have dubious National Championships they claim....way more dubious than this one.

This is in fact the opposite of a G5 move... it's just copying big time programs.

We got matched up with the best team not in the playoff... on purpose. They didnt want to risk this scenario and put the team they thought would roll us the hardest.

Unfortunately for them... it just backfired in the most glorious fashion possible... especially with both Georgia and Alabama making the final game.

I can think of a few ways off the top... Collude with... haha, oops! Of course I mean "encourage" the refs in our games against p5 teams to make it harder if not impossible to win games against the p5 teams... especially in a bowl game like this one.

Then of course they'll dog the rankings even harder against AAC teams next year, I'm sure.

Little things like that to push the p5 superiority narrative.
