BUT MUH LIFE SAVING OBAMA REGULATIONS!

Was it before or after the Obama administration EPA dumped over 3 million gallons of toxic waste into the Animas River through their negligent actions and took well over a year to even start cleaning it up?

Ok, lets do this by bringing in the AUP.

The deep water horizon blew up in 2010.

The spin room AUP was created August of 2015.

Which came first; the spin room AUP or the LIFE SAVING DEEP WATER HORIZON REGULATIONS.

2016

“Rolling back drilling safety standards while expanding offshore leasing is a recipe for disaster,” Miyoko Sakashita, director of the oceans program at the Center for Biological Diversity, said in a statement. “By tossing aside the lessons from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, Trump is putting our coasts and wildlife at risk of more deadly oil spills. Reversing offshore safety rules isn’t just deregulation, it’s willful ignorance.”

^This. Like they're just going to risk tens of billions of dollars for the hell of it.

If that was the mentality why did we have the deep water horizon? Human nature is to cut corners.

It was an accident in which BP was negligent. Getting sued by dozens of states and losing tens of billions of dollars will do more to prevent another than any regulation.

The reason we had deep water horizon is because the EPA wouldnt allow shallow water horizon.

Obama put those regulations in place as his ass was being tossed out of 1600. Over 6 years. Thats big gubment for you.
