Lost me at 4th term.

*Electric vehicles will make gasoline vehicles nothing but an expensive hobby, like owning horses.

*First self-driving trucks, then buses/mass transit, then vehicles, then ocean going ships, then airplanes.

*UBI will never come into effect, IMHO.

*The idea of Global Warming loses all political power.

*Online learning on par with traditional JCs, colleges, and universities.

*Many previously exclusive far-out suburbs will experience downturns as their housing stock deteriorates (quality wise, and it's too expensive to fully renovate the huge square footage of a McMansion) and their demographics change (lower income families, renters, etc.)

*liberalization (I mean that word in the classical sense and not the modern one) of the middle east
*advancements in aging research for more quality years

Pessimistic predictions
*strong AI never comes to fruition
*increased automation will create unemployment problems
*we will either have higher carbon emissions or a lot more nuclear power (most likely the former), solar will not grow like the greenies say it will
*SpaceX and other space companies will not get a man to Mars or mine asteroids or anything like that
*push by global elites for multiculturalism will create more political strife

Virtual reality addiction will be a huge problem.
