IN the past our D would struggle & give beauce the offense put them in holes. The last 2 games & even looking back at the Houston & Bama game we have looked confused & not only struggled in the secondary, but also have been punded with the ground game.

I know we have 4 (+injuries) in the secondary, but we should be able to do a better job of getting pressue on the QB & stopping the run.

This game no one can say the offense lost it, once we were up our D should have been able to close the door. Memphis is a good team & my hats off to them.

FYI - we will loose all 3 starting LB's next year, but the secondary should be better!

USM has been on tv ALOT this year ... and from what i've seen the defense has been very average. Mostly the secondary and inconsistant d-line play ... the lb's have been awesome (and not just Boley)

Yeah we lost ALL of our starters from last years secondary. Sure, we have some problems offensivly, but when our D can;t stop anyone like they have in years passed we become a below average team.
