Yeah like he inherited a team with no experience or he thought experience wasn’t needed..? O man I hate these kinds of scenes.

Parrish said about a month ago that players would follow Penny here.

Penny will definitely be able to recruit (initially). The question is whether he can coach. But I think they had more to do with the assistants he can surround himself with.
