State Rather than Conference
North Carolina is 5-0 in Bowl season. NC A&T, Appalachian State, Duke, Wake Forest, and NCSU were all winners. Are there any other States doing this well?

You forgot Elon.

On the other side of the ledger: ECU. UNC. UNC Charlotte. WCU. Gardner-Webb. Davidson. NC Central. WS State.

There are 6 FBS teams in NC- State, Carolina, WF, Duke, Charlotte and ECU. Four of the six were in bowls. A&T isn't FBS but they played in a bowl, the Celebration Bowl, basically the HBCU championship. This is the only FCS Bowl game as they of course have the playoffs.

If you want to throw out the Celebration since it isn't FBS then it is 4-0 with 4 of 6 teams in the state participating.

I don't recall NC ever having this kind of post season success in college football.

Settle down now and don't play too well. I look forward to watching FSU/FAU collect their wins. I just need App to join the CUSA and I should technically be able to go to an away game for each team.

Appalachian State is in the Sunbelt and they won their bowl.

Yes I was including them, just left them out of the post list. So it is actually 7 FBS teams in NC- ASU, NCSU, UNCC, UNC-CH, ECU, WFU, DU, dang that is a lot of FBS programs in one state. So we had 4 of 7 FBS schools in the bowls plus NCAT from the FCS in a bowl game. Regardless, no losses!
