After that 52 yd TD, it sounded like he was eating some crowe...

Chalk it up for another Flubberville mistake in pulling kempt's offer to play at UC

Heard that, but could not bring himself to making a full confession.

According to Tubbs, I just witnessed a miracle by seeing Memphis convert a 4th and 10.

Everything he says, the opposite happens.

Considering Tubs couldn't bring himself to remember his own players' names, I think it's a leap that Tubs even knows who Kyle is.

I love the fact that Tubs is getting national airtime. It shows the world that UC football only sucks because it had a remarkably worthless coach at the helm.

I am guessing that you did not watch the broadcast. his coannouncer mentioned that three coaches missed on kept. he started blithering about in his thirty years that he had missed on qbs but he would not own up to his kempt disaster.

Do you think that's because he legitimately doesn't have the foggiest idea who Kyle Kempt is?

Absolutely not. The way that he measured his words, it was obvious that he was trying to be coy.

I also think that by even vaguely mentioning that coaches had missed on Kempt, that the other announcer was merely 05-stirthepot

Agree, made me wonder about that relationship.

If you close your eyes and listen, TT sounds like a wonderful, knowledgeable football guy. He has the platitudes down perfectly.

After our 4 years of association, we know better.

I'm not sure that "We've been Tubbervilled" will have the same linguistic ring as "We got Kragthorped", but the result was similar.

Ah, after hearing him yesterday he sounded closer to Lee Corso to me. Just can't quite put it all together at times. He tried to sound smart diagnosing a play that Memphis ran. Real authoritatively he said something like "that right there is what they call an RPO. A Run. Play. Option"
