Everyone knew that, so all they had to do was stop the run game and short passes. You could see the WRs were frustrated by not having someone that could get them the ball. I thought Santacaterina was better. Childers is okay at running but he's not real fast and doesn't break many tackles. I don't see how that will improve.

Last year Maddie got switched to WR but then ended up being by far our best QB. And Huff hardly played until this year but it was obvious he was our best RB.

4 starts/8 games 101 completions 59.4% 1107 yards passing 9 pass TD's 3 Ints 4 rushing TDs. Not bad.

He basically played 9 full games, completion % is 57.3%, 15 TDs 5 INTs, 1445 yards, 6.0 yards per attempt. His inability to hit anyone on a longer pass resulted in the running game struggling more than usual. And for a dual option QB he has neither the strength or speed - he might be able to improve the strength a little but probably not the speed. So, good enough to beat the bad teams on the schedule.

Conditioning and working with Lynch should help him quite a bit.

And now the word is that Lynch is leaving to go to Mt. Carmel HS as HC.

Somebody ought to get him some $$$.
