Why the National Review thinks it was a strong year. Lots of specifics.
Gorsuch, tax bill, ISIS defeated, conservative jurists, reduction of regulation, elimination of EPA's thuggish sue and settle. And there is actually some criticism mixed in (although NR was part of the never-Trump group-they have softened their stance based on results).

why am I not surprised....

the transparency is beyond ubiquitous.....

This isn't a difference between the left and right. It's the difference between whether your profit comes from making the left or the right look good. Media on both sides have a history of adjusting the amount of substance in their stories depending on whether the substance supports them or not.

Fair enough. However I have seen more than a few of my fellow never Trumpers suddenly start asking WTF is going on with the Dems and actually defending Trump. Not saying its HUGE, but if it gathers steam its going to be ANOTHER bad day for the Ds.

we easily agree in concept.....whether that continues moving forward is where I get nervous.....

it's been fun watching many change their opinion after only 1 year.....that's been impressive....
