That one had me throwing my hat down and jumping on it like an old cartoon.

03-lmfao I can't even repeat the words I used to describe the officials on that one, especially after reviewing it, even the announcers said it was a catch. Coach Clark had good reason to be upset on that one. What conference were they from?

One of the announcers on TV said Wilson’s left shoe touched the sideline. They were not surprised by the call. I couldn’t tell on TV.

That’s the same thing i saw and heard.

Thought the Fan Support was above and beyond fabulous. It was clear in the opening drive they were not going to let us play our game, we came out tough, Much respect to Coach Frank. That's what a 10 year Bowl program looks like. The refs clearly took over early and said UAB will not play today. Thought the Blazers came ready to play but hey we got next year know we know the game. It was our first year back. Experience pays dividends. Well get em later.

Actually, Lester went all Normal Dale on UAB & used Spencer as a decoy.

i guess i dont understand your point...on the opening drive there were 2 HUGE penalty calls...both were very obvious penalties. if our game is grabing QB facemasks and receiver jerseys on the break, i guess youre right...no refs will let us play that game

Not understanding why you think the officials were against us? I thought it was a good officiated game. We just simply did not show up. Onto 2018.

Ohio put a beatdown of epic proportions on us. They dominated both lines of scrimmage, and made us like it. He had them playing like the old school Nebraska teams. We bailed the MAC out The other 3 MAC team that have played in bowl games were all blown out (Central Michigan, Toledo and Akron).

We don't have the D line to slow down a team with a massive front. Our defense is geared to stopping a CUSA offense.

Went about how I was afraid of. While we didn’t turn it over we made enough mistakes to cut our own throats. We needed a perfectly executed game and then making mistakes to win. A veteran coaching staff exposed our weaknesses and their team executed their game plan perfectly. We were beat by a much better team. Give them all the credit. Our day will come. Trust the process.

Ohio got away with a few holding calls early I guess could be what he means.

Terrible playcalling early on. Shouldve went deeper on the depth chart changed a few things like when Wilson hurt his knee. They knew we can't throw it around.

I thought one reason we chose this game was because it was winnable? The inconsistencies by some posters here is mind blowing.

We had a tougher than normal opponent overall I think since Akron slid into the MACs title game. Ohio was a tough 8-4 and we were the weakest of the 8-4s considering depth and our schedule

FAU should've been matched up with a better team.

FAU-Ohio would’ve been a good game to see. I think we could have matched up better with Akron.

Those are exactly my thoughts. Ohio pretty well dominated us in every phase of the game. Ohio vs FAU would have been a much better game. UAB vs Akron would have been better too. At least we would have competed with them.
