Getting to/from game
I was not able to go last year. Does anyone know if it easy to catch a Uber home from the game? What are the best transportation options? I rented a car but am not sure I want to have to drive after the game.

depends on how far your hotel is from the stadium. personally, i rented a car because the rates were great, i like having the freedom, it helps with tailgating, and Uber rates can be unpredictable and can spike during busy weekends (this would qualify). just my thoughts.

edit: it probably also depends on how long you're staying. i'll be there Wed night through Sunday morning, so it's definitely worth it for me. if you're getting in Friday night and leaving Saturday night (for some reason), maybe Uber would be better.

I just looked at Costco car rental prices and it was beyond the lowest I ever recall seeing. Certainly worth looking into.

I already rented one there for $50. Taxes and fees were more than the rental itself. Good deal.

When I made my airline reservations with Southwest I also rented a car for 2 days for $50. Can not beat that at all.

Think it was $20 in the lot across the road in the shopping center.

RE: Getting to/from game
Last year there were hotel shuttles running to the game from many/most hotels. You should probably look into this.

If it wasn't, there wasn't much of a fee. The issue is going to be finding tailgating parking with "NDSU's return to Mecca."

Lots open at 7, but now would be a good time to stalk the bison boards as they probably know how to get in earliest when it's packed.
