Not all. Just a few. There are still teams left in the western D2 conference. GNAC still have teams. We know that many lone Star schools could go D1. Plus, some of the d1 schools may not be in the conferences when these schools move up.

RE: Restructuring NCAA D1 Coming
For the hundredth time, Valdosta State is not moving up to D1. It's not happening. Not now, not anytime at all in the foreseeable future. Our neighbor's brother is the AD and is an athletic employee there himself as well. I've had this conversation with him before. They studied it a couple years ago and determined it's in no way feasible.

Insane - doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.

This thread is the definition of insane. David posts his fantasy list then we post the facts as to why it's never gonna happen.

The issue with Florida State being bowl eligible because of the Delaware State failed to be at 90% scholarship mark. Same thing to Buffalo and Western Michigan as well. It seems UTSA is the actual one that got screwed by all of this as Southern U. do give 90% scholarships. There should be some restructuring in order as several D2 schools could do the 90% to 100% mark in scholarships. Schools like the Pioneer schools, NEC, Patriot, IVY and some select schools from the MEAC and SWAC should drop down to the lower levels. They should make room for schools who are willing to move up to offer the full scholarships for all sports. We do not know how many schools out there who are not offering the full 90% to 100% scholarships for all sports. The Lone Star football schools could be an FCS level conference easily as a whole. Gulf South Conference football schools might be able to do this as a whole except for Shorter, Mississippi College and maybe West Alabama. Yes, even Valdosta State is in a much better shape in athletics than several FCS/D1 schools in finances. NCAA could reform about who they will allow into D1. If they are a small privates like Presbyterian? They will be denied until they get the student body up. If you are a public school, and show that you are growing? Than, you can be let in. I think Southern New Hampshire and Azusa Pacific can get in easily in the future than a school like Catawba or any of the northeast schools.

Wow, in post #20 he rudely bashes people for saying some schools should not be D1 and now he becomes one of those people. Why do we bother reading the troll?

Does it count as trolling if the person is not aware that they are a troll? Because there does seem to be a certain lack of self-awareness.

So the solution is to add more schools to lose money?

You have to admit it is entertaining, screwy and totally off base, but entertaining.

Right. Actually, the vast majority of NAIA schools stream all of their games in all sports, including play by play with game status on-screen, just like real TV. And the NAIA as on organization has funded a Stretch Internet app for AppleTV, Roku and Fire TV that allows you to watch easily on a big screen, so any NAIA program streaming through Stretch is included (about 2/3rds of the total). Of course the others are mostly YouTube and Livestream, so nearly all games can be watched on a big screen.

So the NAIA has both the best and the widest streaming options available outside of what you see on any Saturday on TV. Although I am sure D2 will catch up soon.

I have always been able to watch any D2 game that I was interested in seeing. They have all been through Stretch, Facebook, Livestream, YouTube, or ESPN3. The only games I have not been able to see are the championship games that air on CBSSports Network.

A long, overdue thank you for this information AZCats!! I was watched some old YouTube vids of my alma mater last night. Was fun!! Not the same as watching it on Network tv though.
