Yes, just as easy whenever SDST loses. It's always easier to make such comments after the fact.

FWIW, I didn't follow SMU close enough as to how they were trending. The last 6 games they played in the regular season, they struggled past 3 teams with losing records and lost to 3 better teams. So I guess in a way it's not a huge surprise they came up flat.

I think Temple is going to play a good game tonight and win easily. Temple looked bad mid-season vs UConn, looked like they were cratering, then got better as the season progressed. Even though it didn't really show on the scoreboard, i thought the Temple team that lost to UCF late looked a lot better than the one that lost to USF early.

Plus, FIU is a real basket-case team, like Akron. I expect Temple to roll.
