They're better than they look. But you should beat them no doubt.

Should be right up there with that Campbell game anticipation-wise.

In all honesty, this will be a nice little boost for us fans if we win. Won't mean anything on a grand scale.

I don't think it's in the cards for us this year. But thanks for cheers.

92-72 Coogs.

However, Prairie View led 62-61 with 11 minutes to play. 31-10 run to close the game made it look like a blowout.

Just spin it this way.

"We have a team that knows how to put you away in crunch time."

Sounds better and a win is win as they say.04-cheers

My guess is Houston woke up and decided it was crush time.

Prairie View can claim a moral victory (a concept in vogue now with some Tiger fans after our loss to Louisville) for keeping it close three-fourths of the game.

Maybe, but I bet it has more to do with the Panthers being tired. They haven't played a single home game yet and have played road games in Hawaii, Oregon, Vegas, Santa Barbara, the middle of nowhere in New Mexico, Tulsa, Salt Lake City, and two in Texas.

so you are saying if they were not "tired" they would win.

Tulsa led Prairie View by as much as 17 points in the 2nd half, then lost our focus & held on to win by 4. Many saw this as another example of how bad we are this season. While I agree that this is a very disappointing season for Tulsa so far, this is not a normal Prairie View team. They actually have a few good players. I could see them winning their conference.
