That's what I don't like about the extension. If we're paying him an average of $1.2M, the buyout should be much higher. He is guaranteed $4.2M ($700k buyout per yr through 2023 if he is fired). $450k buyout is nothing.

Need him gone asap. If niu won't get a new coach we need other MAC coaches to be as ****** as possible.

Been with the Rockets since 2009. Coming up on 10 years. Most Rocket fans are hoping Coach Candle stays at least a year or two. "3 years and go" as a HC seems very common.

All MAC teams should set higher buyouts. Silly they don't. Gouge the mother f'ckers when they raid our henhouses, or reduce the buyout for a nice 1 & 1.

The salaries aren't really competitive enough to have sign away their chances for a better payday. $1.2 million put's you in #70-75 range of FBS HC's salaries.

We can win with the 80th best recruiting class and 100th highest paid coach so 75th in coaches and 60th in recruiting makes for a top 10 team right??? Lol
