Skyler Ewing Selected by Braves in Rule 5 Draft
According to his mom, this means he'll be promoted to AAA to start the season, and I believe he has to be on the Braves' 40-man roster.

According to this link, I don't think he is tied to a particular roster since he was taken in the AAA phase of the draft.

So he must have been picked in the AAA phase. Players picked I'm the major league phase must stay on the 25-man roster all year.
