Normally something like this doesn't deserve its own thread, but the 69 year old Ayers was a 30 year HC at a school that was a terrible Div II program when he took over, and he turned it into a I-AA power. And by all accounts, he seemed to be a class act.

I know the ink is barely dry on the Mike Houston extension but any chance he leaves JMU for this job? It's in NC and an opportunity to build on Ayers success.
