Well, we're already at 3-2. If we go 2-2 in the remaining bowls, we're going to be at 5-4 for the bowl season, which is not bad. I think we have a pretty reasonable chance to get there.

They'd have had a better shot against FAU than about anyone else in our bowls this year for sure. It's a matchup I wouldn't mind seeing. Akron should have played UNT and matched 10-2 Troy up with you guys.

It still boggles my mind that our conference didn't send FAU to the NOLA bowl vs Troy...two of some of the better G5 teams in the nation.

BTW, LT will beat SMU 35-28.

BOWL match ups almost never make sense.

I thought the same thing. FAU would have handled Troy and I don't think Akron would have given UNT much trouble. That's 2-0 for CUSA instead of 1-1 in these two bowls. Also, both games would have been much more entertaining and more evenly matched.
