Interestingly enough FOX made up quite a bit of ground in competing with ABC this year ratings wise. FOX was up 23% & ABC down 18%, CBS was down 10% as well.

Thought Fox had some very good games to broadcast this year. ABC’s inventory of ACC and Big 12 games took a hit so did cbs’ sec as it was down year in terms of quality

ABC/ESPN had the majority of the top ten telecasts. I think FOX had 2. The numbers are down because now some of those slots have more direct competition. Last year some time slots for ESPN/ABC were unchallenged.

So it wasn't that big of a deal.

The top 2 broadcasts for the nation this year were:

#1 Auburn vs Alabama
#2 Auburn vs Georgia SEC CCG
#3 Wisconsin vs Ohio State Big 10 CCG

Then got bought by Disney.
