That Wisconsin game is a hell of an opportunity to get a quality win at clearance prices, if you think as I do that there's no way Wisky struggles this way all season.

You know you are broke as hell when you can't afford a guarantee game against a SWAC school and have to do a 2-1 instead.

It's actually "better" for the conference to play SWAC schools on the road so no problem with me.

Great job FIU. Im thinking CUSA should win all of those games unless WKU gets shafted on the road.

I bet Rice has never played a SWAC team on the road. I remember some good MT teams losing, or narrowly escaping SWAC gyms with a "W".

Yeah, I doubt we have either. Heck, we lost to TSU at home.

What happened in Ruston tonight? The hated Cajuns come in there and stole a W. Looking at the box I don't see anything that really jumps out at you. Both teams shot 50% from the floor and the Bulldogs went 54% from deep. 14 to 18 from the line, not a disparity there. Also 14-18 on the turnovers too.

I know one thing that stands out. When I went to espn.com to check the score it said "Louisiana" and did not include the Lafayette.

Louisiana Tech appears to have more talent than coaching. Strictly my opinion.

LA Tech dug itself a hole early, going down by 18 points in the 1st half. Then it mounted a fierce comeback, but came up short. The stuff that happens to LA Tech is truly inexplicable.

The better team won as we usually do. The latur boys will tell you it was our Final Four game or something like that. They got handled. On their home court. Again.

WKU leads 38-34 at the half. Started off slow but seemed to snap out of whatever funk we were in at Ohio.

FIU loses to lowly North Florida 87-85. They were up 8 at one point late in the 2nd half. Ive give up on FIU or FAU firing their basketball coaches, the university admin of those schools don't care about those sports.

North FL's RPI is 185 vs. Marshall's of 178. But okay.

I agree Evans needs to go. He will likely be gone after this season. Athletics is currently investing all its money into football, which is paying off.
