Of course Louisville isn't getting kicked out of the ACC. This is akin to someone embezzling millions of dollars, serving a little time and getting released and getting to keep the millions of dollars. Louisville has punched their ticket and no matter what the NCAA might do to your program, you're golden.

-you made it to the ACC on the strength of this garbage, after this all came out. Getting dinged now may hurt in a small way but lets be honest...its not a huge blow and easy to accept- you are at the adult table. Had your prolific cheating came out prior to getting the call up and it cost you the invite, that would be painful and just desserts. And I suspect many of you guys would be going ballistic. But for you guys to sit and go “You got us. Guilty as charged, throw the book at us” while siting in the ACC, something you attained by cheating, and still drawing mega momey and hosting great home games. etc is no great thing. So spare us the self depreciation.

I want Louisville money; I want to be in the ACC; I want national championships. The only thing I disagree with is the blatant paying of players to attend the university. Check for wires or other recording devices next time fools. K|Uck, UNC-Cheat, or UK would never be this stupid.

No...I always felt that was between him and his wife and he apologized after that and his wife forgave him...with Strippergate he wasn't repentant...it involved minors and never bought the he didn't know angle...I gave him 1 Strike for Karen Sypher but that was it

We earn it...but everyone once again one way or another is now gone from University President, Board of Trustees, Athletic Director and all Coaches.

Just take the punishment due to the University from the NCAA, Go Forward and keep it moving.

Pat Forde nailed us but even with all the scandald with Basketball found this interesting about Louisville Basketball Future

When it comes time to hire the next coach, quality candidates like Xavier’s Chris Mack and Wichita State’s Gregg Marshall could be in play – if Louisville comes to the table with enough contractual security in terms of years and money. It will take a lot to get an accomplished coach to sign on, especially if the extent of the federal/NCAA probes remains unclear. But Louisville has a lot.
