No we aren't. 47-40 at halftime. They hit that many threes and its still a three possession game. Troy hit a lot of threes in the first half too and they cooled off in the second.


It's more fun to trash your own team than actually cheer for them.

UAB played well after a slow start. Auburn is playing fantastic on both ends of the court. Lee only took two shots, but made both of them. We need him to shoot more.

We shot 55.6% from the field. Auburn shot 45%, but 60% from three. Clearly the three is the only reason they are leading.

Brown for Auburn has an end of game stat line at half time.

7-11 from the field, 5 of 6 from three, 4 of 5 from the line. 23 points in a half.

So why is it teams are constantly hot from 3 when they play us?

Someone needs to pull a PDIII and start slashing the lane every time. We could be living at the foul line.

They didn’t want any at the end of the half. They started running clock with 3 minutes left.

Teams arent hot from 3 whenever they play us. Our 3pnt defense is just average rated. Richmond shot 29%. Buffalo shot 38%.

Iowa was hot. 62%. They shot well the entire game though

However, teams are taking a lot of 3s against us.

Auburn has great three point shooters. They hit some from way out and with hands in their faces.

For the season, they are hitting 3 out of every 10. 33%. Some have been hot. Others haven't.

Last year, the opponents shot 34% from three. The year before 32%. It's about normal.
