The snowfall we got in the Hattiesburg area was the most since 1895 according to several media reports I saw. Officially I think it ended up being right under 6 inches but areas within 20-30 minutes of here were saying they got closer to 8. And usually when we get snow it’s melted within 12 hours. Yesterday’s snow is still here and hasn’t appeared that it’s started to go away
