I was downtown so I got to watch all the Power Kittens storm out of the metro area with their fluffy little tails between their legs. Of course I was sporting a trendy Shocker sweater today, so as they passed me, I watched as their eyes glanced over to my logo, then back up to my eyes, then back to the ground. I was grinning like a Cheshire cat. Thank you for making me proud to be an American. You've earned the right to have me in your corner... for now.

I'm just glad we finally did something worth anything this season.

K-State only drew 7100 to a 15K seat arena. The upper deck of IBA was curtained-off at the corners, and courtside appeared to be completely empty, at least on TV.

Their beat writer at the Wichita Eagle called it the best K-State MBB crowd of the season. LOL!
