That’s not fair, we’ve only been in the Armory for five years, can’t build a new arena every year we aren’t Atlanta. Besides, where would the Sixers’ G League West Philly Princes or the WNBA’s Spirit play?
Looks nice, another school to be jealous of, like Towson, Elon, JMU and NJIT.

And RMU expects to be beating a team that wears red 72-45 with 5:11 to play. Glad that can't be Drexel.
And Drexel can't even play the old, rustic, and traditional card with their 42 year old gym. They play in the same conference as Northeastern, who plays in the oldest gym in the country, and down the street from the Palestra, which is the 3rd oldest.

If you guys want something entertaining to read, check out the in game thread on the LaSalle message board from Thursday's game. There are some classic posts, but they aren't too far off from our CAA Zone boards during the last few years of Bruiser's tenure.

The big screens are nice but call me old-fashioned; I prefer watching the players out on the court which this scene seems to be missing.

It must be halftime, and RMU scored a lot of 1st half points. They must be playing a Division III team, and the fans are checking out the first half highlights on the video board.
Come to think of it, as I look close at the picture it appears that RMU has a lot of people who look and dress exactly alike. There seems to be a guy who looks like a bronze statue sitting in just about every section.
Then there's one lady who managed to put her body through the seat bottom and her legs are entirely below the seat.

On the other hand they do have two scorers tables and four team "benches."

RE: LaSalle
Why are you guys so shocked people would melt through seats or turn to stone while watching a replay of a game against St. Francis (NY)?

We call those "premium court side seats"
