Could be Fiesta or Peach. Orange and Cotton for playoffs. Rose has Big-10 vs Pac 12 tie ins and Sugar has Big 12 vs SEC tie ins. Peach may get off the hook since they took it this year.

It will almost certainly be the Fiesta. Cotton has to take it in 2019, b/c Fiesta and Peach will be the semi-final bowls.

Depending by what you mean off the hook. The Peach may very well want UCF again if it's them as they are buying up a crap load of tickets and have proven to be a ratings draw this season.
