The cameras on the east side are working again.

RE: NEW stadium construction
I actually sent an email to Ballardconstruction a couple of days agoabout the vamera. They responded that very day and said the camera would be up and running by COB Wednesday. Sure enough, it was.
Great response time for a general inquiry.

RE: NEW stadium construction
Frankly kind of shocked we had donation levels on par with UCF this year. That's impressive.

"The General Assembly passed a law in 2015 intended to reduce the percentage of student fees being used to pay for athletics. ODU was given 10 years to get down to 55 percent.

Broderick challenged Athletic Director Wood Selig and ODAF officials at the time to broaden the fundraising base. ODU has more than doubled its fundraising since then.

Selig said ODU met the 55 percent requirement last school year. ODU is renovating Ballard Stadium without raising student fees."

That's the first I've heard that we hit the 55% requirement officially. That's also very impressive in just 3 years. I would argue they keep the foot on the pedal and get us down to the low 40s.

So let's say they get the student fee reliance portion of the athletic budget down lower than was the GA mandated...in theory, we would be able to use the money for facility projects like an indoor practice facility or to build up cash reserves for say buyouts?

I tweeted them and they responded to my tweet saying it was working again.

Impressive as ****. Just more demonstration of ODU's upside and potential as a sleeping giant that continues to be tranquilized by its rivals.

oh cool, so that's the replica of what your actual brick will look like? I didn't get that option and also got the premium one. I wonder if there is any way we can guarantee it even gets made? Some sort of QC before it's going up and we show up on game day and they forgot or have a typo.

I feel like the certificate they send everyone is likely your last chance to catch a typo.

That is so cool. I bet your guys loved it. I would love to have a FF brick next to my new brick.
