Left out of the realignment specials set up for the bowls.
Mountaineers are the only team not playing a former conference opponent in a bowl.

Only way that could have worked would be Marshall or if ECU had a better record and made a bowl.

I believe the only former conference mates that we have in FBS are ECU and Marshall.

Yep. That match up in a New Orleans or Orlando would have been pretty well received on App's end.
