Ok....just checked out Cleveland State's BB roster and lo and behold there's former Dowagiac star Dontel Highsmith (listed as a Junior?). Transferred from NIU. Looks to have come over with Lou Dawkins, formerly an assistant at NIU. Dontel must have gotten a couple extra years given his injury history. Will be intesting to see him play.

He's a good player, has been a thorn in our side out of NIU the past couple of years. Not sure why he and Western never got together.

Listed as a junior at CSU? I thought he was a junior last year at NIU?

Likely redshirt JR. He missed a season I think to injury

Highsmith was HS grad in 2013.
Played 11 games at NIU in 2013-14 season before injury. He then missed 2014-15/ 2015-16 seasons recovering before playing every game 2016-17

Cleveland St. is 2 - 5, 0 - 4 on the road, losing at Akron, Rutgers, E Carolina and Kent St. They still have us and Toledo to play from the MAC.

These are games we should win.
