I just wonder how an idiot like Flynn could have risen to general rank, a three star even. I guess they give promotions for nothing in the Army. Believe me, one of my neighbors is a retired Army E-7 and can't even read. I'm not kidding.

I have a meme on my phone that says, "US Air Force, just like the Army, but for smart people." LOL I love to show it to my Army friends.
