I was thinking the Cure was an AAC bowl.

Sure the preference is an AAC team, but no one got hosed.

Really not a bad matchup overall. It's actually kind of a fun matchup overall because Georgia State and WKU spent one year in the league together.

Plus, this is not the same WKU team that was so good in previous years.

Yeah, I'm not so sure we're actually any good. We have a few strong parts, but as a whole...yeah, I just don't know that we're what I would think of as a "good team."

If not, though, I'm hoping for one more little run of luck to get that first bowl win...!

Bad compared to the last 7 seasons, by far our worst team in that time span....We have nothing in running game, OL has been really shaky this season and our defense has been decimated by injuries....I see doesn't like you guys run the ball well either so might be a close game....We do have a QB who is really good and that's about it for this team...We have played one common opponent, UNCC, you guys won 28-0, we beat them 45-14...

Go get 'em Panthers! Actually appears to be a pretty balanced match up.

Yea, neither Georgia State nor WKU have much difference as far as resume. And neither of them are playing well at year end. I think the WKU is favored is more of a reflection of more experience at WKU in bowl games.
