grope: feel or fondle (someone) for sexual pleasure, especially against their will.

The bolded part is the most significant to me because that's what I consider groping to be.

I've never been one to do the one night stand thing with women. That's to say, I much prefer to get to know a woman before I become sexually active with her. Getting to know the woman means learning where the boundries are without having to do things to her against her will. Consent can be given verbally or non-verbally.

So in answer to your question, NO, I don't recall ever having groped a woman.

But even if you were one of those feel them up types that do the bar scene (I'm not one of those either...57 been married, faithfully, since the age of 21) I wouldn't call it groping. More like dating and pushing how far you can go. In my late teens and before I met my wife and always horny. If on a date I would touch till I was told no. Then might push it once more, later. If still no, I stopped. But a few of those don't..ended up yes. But today if you tried that 2nd time a lot of people would call it sexual abuse. Females play games just as much as men do.

I think today's rules shouldn't be applied to 30 years ago. What is assault in today's world was being a ******* and a horndog in the 70s-80s

I believe that what you did on dates wouldn't be considered groping or sexual assault in anyone's book. And actually, I have no problem distinguishing between one's behavior as a testosterone-filled teenager or young man in college.

But when you consider the antics of guys who are supposed to be professionals like Matt Lauer and Charlie Rose, antics that took place in the workplace, those guys are in a different league all together.

As for Clint Eastwood? Many of these ladies took him to court for child support. Some children were his like Scott Eastwood, but others were not. Chasing after women while being married or with someone else does caused a scandal. It shows that he is unfaithful to who he is with.

Geraldo came out today apologizing to Bette Midler today. Sounds like he did do it. I think men who think they are famous could cupped a girl whenever they want to, and the girls or ladies would accept the treatment.
