This may have already been discussed but I thought it was a bad/mishandled hold? Was it more of a bad snap?

Yeah it skipped across the ground at least once. Holder did what he could with it, but ran out of time so he pulled it. Heads up play by the holder, imo. He almost got it flipped around but saw Vedvik's timing was past what he had to work with.
