Although I’m assuming one of the SB coaches have got to be getting in the rumors stage by now

And I understand we took a funny hit when a reporter tweeted out that a CCU grad assistant had turned down the head coaching gig at UT

They are into the "contact head coaches in the AAC" stage of the process. SBC Coaches are not that far behind.

I'll write Brown an excellent letter of recommendation.

RE: Tennessee
UT has gone after Purdue and NC State this afternoon. I think they may have missed on both of them.

How far before they rehire Fulmer to be head coach with Tee Martin as headcoach in waiting. And let it be known the Tee will be head coach in 2 years.

They are turning into a bigger circus then ever before, and they only have themselves and Fat Phil to blame. That bad karma goes back to the Johnny Majors situation.

Unfortunately this could end up being (directly or indirectly) Sun Belt related.

Depending on who South wants, it could delay us getting an answer. I'm sure there are guys out there not accepting jobs because there are still big jobs available that could eventually trickle down to them, directly or indirectly.

Before all is said and done, UT may talk to every coach in the country.
