This article thinks its overreaction.
"...Men (and women) though, have a right to be tasteless, stupid and offensive without having their careers abruptly terminated with no deliberation or mercy...."
another journo op-ed dipshite that doesn't understand the concept of a contract or "right to work" law....

Well there is a difference between having a job ended and having a career ended.

and there's also a difference between knowing better than putting oneself in the position of being a dipshite due to not being ethical in reporting......
there's a reason the brits truly despise/hate the journos.....
we have now all been drawn into the world of op-ed......I've compared it to the biblical version of 666.....
it is what it is.......
I'm gonna keep pluggin' along, read, and sift through as req'd (done it all my life.....no reason to change now as it has worsened with the infinite number of media outlets)

Scoping girls at a dance recital. Had no real reason to be there besides looking for a wife. Asked under aged girls parents for permission.

Good read on today's lynch mob mentality.
We can only hope that like McCarthyism and the Salem witch trials, the accusers and lynch mobs overstep and it destroys the movement.
It's really not that complicated. Moore is for Moore. There are oodles of politicians just like him on both sides of the aisle including his competition, Doug Jones. What separates the two is that Moore is a creep to boot. And not a first class sociopathic creep like Willie Clinton, but a cheap Gadsden Mall cruising, hushpuppie wearing, adolescent seeking, screw up of one.
I think I'm voting for Nick Saban. If he wins my most hated adversary loses their coach to Congress. And deep down I don't think Nick would simply go along with business as usual.
But I do agree with the article that due process is getting bushwhacked by the twitter crowd. But remember this, if twitter gets monitored and edited then it will be the same folks controlling the information as control most of the evening news, the "corporate media". So it is what it is, a mixed bag of fake news, truth, tabloid convoluted stories, and individual opinions. You know what it is going into it and have to be disciplined enough to research the truth for yourself.

I imagine that term (white trash) will soon be politically incorrect. SJWs and Blacks will say that it is insulting minorities by implication. (all the while they will talk about deplorables and flyover country).

There are ELEVEN, separate accusers. They all appear to be credible, and none of them appear to be liberals.
Rapin' Roy might win the election. But neither the state of Alabama nor the GOP will win anything here.
