Lamar might be a decent team, they did beat Tulsa on the road but have lost to Cal State-Bakersfield.
I don't think UTEP should be losing at half at home to anyone by 20 though.

UTEP started the 2015-2016 season 6-0 after winning the Corpus Christi Coastal Classic. Since then, we're 3-20 against Division 1 OOC opponents.
