A name on my radar is Will Healy out of Austin Peay. He's put together a couple top-tier recruiting classes and took them from a 0 win team to an 8 win team this year.

Curt cignetti at Elon too. The problem with both of them is their turnarounds were impressive but still not really big enough yet. Austin Peay with an 8-15 record the last two years and no playoffs. Elon went 8-4 but no playoff win. I say those coaches haven’t shown enough yet to justify hiring. If only they seasoned two more years.

Well, though I don't partake in bashing Mr. Withers as regularly or as viciously as some others on this board, I can vouch for certain that the maintenance staff in the upper deck of BFS could use some help on game days. I agree, especially if there isn’t a splash hire out there. Keep it going as far as I’m concerned and maintain most staff. They’re winning.
