If it’s like CUSA you have to make it a neutral field atmosphere. When ECU hosted we couldn’t do our traditions through the PA system, etc

You do realize it’s not the coaching right? We only have like 5 2 deep players who are upperclassmen. Rest are transfers and underclassmen. We’re not Alabama where we can get the best players and not miss a beat. If we have a couple poor recruiting classes we are screwed. I know you love Ruff but he took a lot of risks that never panned out or are not at the school anymore for whatever reason. You’re literally the only one who still defends Ruff’s recruiting. I’ve said this for two years now, Ruff dried up our NFL pipeline and it’s going to take Tim ego not only bring fix that but to bring in AAC level talent.

Mo is almost out of time. He may get year 3 just because Compher doesn't want to admit he screwed up, but that's it if he doesn't make a bowl game there won't be a 4th.

At this point I’m fine with us reassigning him to OC and/or QB coach. I feel if we outright fire him we risk losing the local star in the making QB.

If we fire him, which is justified honestly since he didn’t improve year over year, I just hope it doesn’t start a dangerous cycle of attrition.
