After the AAC Championship game
Just a question I have especially knowing the way some of these rankings go.. Memphis beats ECU
Central Florida beats South Florida
We beat UCF in the Championship game
Does anyone think there is a possibility that UCF could still be ranked ahead of us.. They are 5 spots up now and after this weekend they could move up more than us to maybe even 7 spots ahead of us.. I don’t trust that they would move us ahead of them especially knowing that we Split our games and they would just have 1 loss also.. I just don’t trustem!!

Doesn't matter. Only G5 champions are eligible for the access slot.

And...absolutely not. Maybe if we drop to ECU then beat UCF, but in that scenario I would worry more about Boise State being ranked ahead of us.

What would be great is if somehow we and UCF could both end up ranked in the top12. Then we probably BOTH go to NY6 bowls.

Never happen. They will only allow for one non-P5 team and that one begrudgingly.
