Happy Thanksgiving, y’all! Going to my sisters house there will be about 25 of us. First Thanksgiving without my Dad but thankful for family, food, and freedom. Football’s pretty cool too.

Happy Thanksgiving all. Going to our oldest daughter's house. Youngest daughter will be there with her family. Turkey, pumpkin pie and 'the works'. Best holiday on the events calendar. Another thing to be thankful for. Go Eagles!

We went to an upscale Indian fusion restuarant called Kiran's here in Houston. In addition to traditional turkey and dressing, we had pumpkin waffles, lamb, salmon, quail, korma and biryani. For dessert there was pumpkin or pecan pie, cheesecake, bread pudding, pistachio kheer and gulab jamun.

Is it time to eat?
