Louisiana down 0-14. Just from eyeballing, Cajun players look just as big and tall as SEC players. They should be better.....right?

Nothing new coming out of ULL. The coaching staff is stale and tired. Time for some new life in that program.

ULL's defense, in particular, looks like they don't care and have quit. As long as our admin's allow our coaches to hang on when termination is obvious, we will continue to have very bad teams. Like to see our schools offer more upfront salary and less contract years. Maybe that would enable us to terminate earlier if needed without the big payouts.

I watched this game on ESPN3. ULL has great talent but still needs work bringing it all together.

RE: Cajuns vs Ole Miss
This team is down and out and there is no consistency, it blows my mind we should be a lot better than this. We have put all this money into a IPF, APC, Weightroom, Conference Center. We up his salary paying him a competitive wage, and there is nothing in return. Just inconsistent play and effort. Personally I think Hudspeth has the ship on auto-pilot, that way he can get his money.

He gets that nice 2 million dollar check if we fire him now, I don’t see this University dishing out that type of money to get rid of him. So we are stuck.

I remember at the beginning of the season both South and ULL thought they would win at Ole Miss ... combined score 97-49

I don't recall any Cajun fans thinking we would win at Ole Miss with no QB with experience and after losing Elijah Mcguire. That being said, we played much better in the second half and considering the turnovers. We would have had to play an error free game, and we obviously didn't, but we did manage 400+ yards of offense.
