I've had issues as well. My mobile app stopped working until I went in and cleared the cache. I'm sure they are doing some sort of server maintenance which is mucking things up.

CBS showed the graphic of best shooting % teams this year with W&M listed 2nd. They did not spend 5 minutes extolling the virtues of the Shaverfense, clearly because they hate W&M and want to hold them down.

In case you all missed the W&M mention

I was torn in the FSU vs. Michigan game last night.

I think FSU was the better match up for Loyola in the Final 4, but I can't root for bottom wrung Power 5 schools to succeed in the tourney. I want all the bottom half of conference Power 5 schools to lose in the first round, preferably against a mid-major.

The success of Syracuse & FSU just reinforces the "committee's" commitment to keeping all the cash in the big conference's.

I know some on this board hate the A-10, but if not for that league, would any mid-major at large teams have been in the tournament? (note I don't count the Big Least or AAC as "mid-major")

The Mountain West conference had two teams - Nevada and San Diego State.

Despite refs best effort, the Pukies got beat. Rock chalk Jayhawks. Those announcers were homers big time for the devils.

Agree that basically all of the top are cheating to a degree. The Dukes of the world don't necessarily need to as much as some others because of their (Coach K's) reputation that it is a recruiting advantage but I am sure there is something going on with each of the top programs (and many lower tier ones trying to get there)

That said, I don't see how the refs were trying to help Duke today. Lots of calls went against them (reversal of who whose ball it was out on in the last minute or so of the OT, the blocking call on Carter to foul him out of the game which almost always goes as a charge for any D even if he swayed slightly since his feet were set, etc.) That said, everyone like to say that the refs decided the game one way or the other. In reality, this game (especially 2nd half) was as good any game in Elite 8 and probably going forward and could have been won by either team - the refs did not decide the game one way or the other.

The calls you cited were make up calls, to balance calls made by other refs in favor of the devils. I think the reversal was correct with the ball last touched by the left hand of the devil. There were so many non calls in the devils favor in the second half. That said, I agree completely that it was great basketball and could have gone either way. In interest of honesty, I have the Jayhawks winning it all. They’re my dog in this hunt. Interesting to note that when you see Self in person, he’s a genuine hayseed. His assistants are real greasers. Scary looking.

Well, I can point to dozens upon dozens of. UNC and USC scandals and can't seem to recall many, if any, Duke scandals. I guess Duke is just really clever, huh?

I'm not even a Duke fan but I find it odd that people hate them so much. I did meet one of the accused LAX players a few years back. Must be nice to have your world ripped apart because people couldn't wait to hate your school.

But that's not to say that there aren't thousands of exceptions to that rule, just like thousands hundreds of W&M grads aren't nerds.

If one thinks all these 4 and 5 star recruits come cheap; they are deluding themselves. They don’t come cheap. If an institution can be so boneheadly wrong on something like the lacrosse scandal; they’re capable of just about anything. Paying your head coach north of $7,000,000 per annum is another marker for corruption.
Just because Wm and Mary won’t pay their running backs $100,000 a year as per Reggie Bush, that’s no reason to rag on the gutty Trojans. Don’t let envy rear its ugly head. Fight on!
