I can never forgive Damon Flint for single-handedly shooting us out of the 1996 NCAA tournament game against Miss St. UC had a legit shot to make a final four run that year and Flint couldn't hit the ocean from a boat. I believe he ended up something like 1-12 or 1-14 shooting in the game.

Yup...flint killed us that game

and Dontae Jones was hitting junk shots

when Ballard or Bullock? their sg banked in a three as the shot clock expired and we had pulled to within four or five in the second half, I knew it wasnt meant to be

caupain might be remembered more fondly. heady and steady who hit some clutch shots. another guy who everyone will agree with is keith gregor. i was a bit young to understand all the nuances of the game (as i do now) but he seemed to never be in huggs' doghouse. most of cronin's stiffs and juco retreads also turned into quality role players and not wastes of the scholarships we never assumed they would be

Ryan Fletcher - dude played with a club (broken hand). Baller.
