An incident in which racist slurs were painted on a car near the Kansas State University campus last week was a hoax, and the man who painted the slurs has apologized.

Riley County Police reported Monday afternoon that the owner of the car, Dauntarius Williams, 21, of Manhattan, admitted to investigators he was responsible for the graffiti.

Law enforcement officials, however, decided not to file charges against Williams.

This seems to be a thing.

This seems to be a trend, and people wonder why nobody believes the authenticity behind this BS anymore... That guy should be sentenced to the same charges that would have been handed down had this been from a white guy. That should be a new law.

Same in Kansas City. Racist graffiti was spray painted on a church by a church employee in attempt to divert the police from his scheme of breaking into the church's finance office to steal money to buy crack.
